KU Calendar

The KU Calendar lists upcoming university activities and events within the Jayhawk community.

Submit a Calendar Event

All university units may directly post events on the calendar. Each unit must designate an employee as its official online calendar administrator. Go to the calendar and click on "Request a user account." Once approved, the administrator can start posting. Administrators also can upload art and/or downloadable documents such as fliers in PDFs.

Questions? Contact Christy Little, calendar editor for News and Media Relations, at 864-8856 or kucalendar@ku.edu.
